Community Crime Watch Meeting Coming Up - 3/4/2010

The Allen Police Department will host a meeting to communicate a new program called CitizenObserver to local residents and Crime Watch groups. Neighborhood Crime Watch Activities are the best defense against crime. Residents knowledgeable about their communities, who report suspicious activities, keep the Police Department a step ahead of crime. The CitizenObserver program is a tool to be used by Citizens to receive accurate, timely information about current crimes, warnings and accidents in the area. In addition, this program can be used by citizens to make anonymous tips for suspicious activities.
